Deskripsi pekerjaan untuk posisi Account Receivable (AR) Staff di CV Kamoe Sukses Bersama.

Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dan pemantauan piutang perusahaan serta rekonsiliasi transaksi keuangan.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if relevant)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus)

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and possess good communication skills

• Able to work under targets and deadlines

• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform regular follow-ups with customers for outstanding payments

• Reconcile payments and record transactions in the system

• Ensure accuracy of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances

• Prepare AR aging reports and related financial reports

• Handle payment discrepancies or disputes with customers

• Support monthly closing activities related to AR

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers and related/affiliated parties

• Manage AR processes for three company entities simultaneously in a structured manner
