• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, specialty food, or customer service is highly preferred

• Experience in premium retail, café, chocolate, or wellness products is a strong advantage

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Ability to engage customers through storytelling

• Confident in offering product tastings and personalized recommendations

• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills

• Interest in chocolate, organic products, sustainability, or healthy living

• Willingness to learn product knowledge deeply (ingredients, flavor notes, health benefits, sourcing story)

• Friendly, genuine, and positive personality

• Well-groomed with a natural, professional presence

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in store presentation

• Reliable, honest, and accountable

• Team player with a service mindset

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

• Conversational English (essential for serving international guests)

• Deliver warm, memorable customer experiences through engaging interactions and storytelling (e.g., origin of cacao, product benefits, brand values)

• Offer product tastings and personalized recommendations to customers

• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively

• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with the premium brand image

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness procedures

• Manage stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks

• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
