We are looking for an island-passionate Reservations & Guest Services professional to manage the complete guest journey — from first inquiry to departure.

Kualifikasi

🎯 Kualifikasi:

Fluent in English & Bahasa (written & spoken)
Confident with computers & booking systems
Detail-oriented & very organised
Service-minded and positive
A team player
Willing to live in Rote Island, NTT
Have a valid working permit

Handle guest inquiries & reservations
Manage booking systems & payments
Coordinate with all departments on all guests needs before and during their stay
