We manage employee relations, build HR systems, and partner directly with founders and business owners to create structured, compliant, and healthy workplaces.

We are looking for a Junior HR Consultant who is ready to learn fast, work independently onsite, and grow into a strategic HR professional.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field

• 1–3 years experience in HR or recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Visit client sites (2–4x per week depending on project)

• Conduct structured employee 1:1 conversations

• Handle recruitment coordination

• Manage employee documentation and contracts

• Support discipline process (warning letters, attendance issues)

• Prepare monthly HR reports

• Escalate complex cases to Lead Consultant

• Conduct structured 1:1 check-ins

• Document employee concerns

• Support conflict mediation

• Monitor engagement and morale

• Post job ads

• Screen candidates

• Schedule interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers

• Prepare employment contracts

• Maintain employee files

• Attendance monitoring

• Assist payroll coordination

• Highlight risks and improvement areas

• Provide insights and recommendations to Lead Consultant
