• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1 - 2 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.

• Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, and Redux-Saga.

• Experience with UI libraries/frameworks like Ant Design, Material UI, or Tailwind.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

• Willingness to learn and evolve into a Fullstack Developer role.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated frontend systems using ReactJS, Redux, and Redux-Saga.

• Craft and customize complex UI components from scratch (using Ant Design, Material UI, or Tailwind) to meet business requirements and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of the application with clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Receive dedicated training and contribute to backend development using Ruby on Rails as part of a cross-functional team.

• Collaborate on implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.

• Think critically and collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system architecture.
