Heykama is looking for a Performance Marketing - Google Ads Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and sales.

• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience, especially with Google Ads.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics.

• Experience in paid advertising roles.

• Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns.

• Comprehensive knowledge of paid marketing channels such as paid search, retargeting, and social media advertising across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

• Skilled in managing marketing budgets and producing financial forecasts and reports.

• Preferred experience in web paid acquisition, landing page optimization, paid ads analytics, and display network advertising.

• Forecast precise and achievable targets across all advertising channels.

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms including Meta, Google.

• Plan and execute digital advertising activities using various platforms like SEM, Google Ads, and TikTok.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to refine campaign strategies.

• Work with the creative team to produce targeted ad content.

• Manage lead processes to enhance sales quality and closure rates.

• Build and maintain a leads database for ongoing nurturing.

• Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online advertising.

• Continuously improve and innovate paid advertising strategies.

• Maintain clear communication with all teams to ensure accountability.
