Coordinate integrated campaigns including product launches, promotions, influencer/KOL activations, and offline initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Min. 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.

• Strong understanding of sales-driven campaigns and commercial objectives.

• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Able to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Good communication skills, organized, proactive, and passionate about beauty and branding.
