Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products to channel participants (GT/MTI/KA).

Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationships with partners.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especially in FMCG Industry (Personal Care & Skincare Products).

• Required skills: Negotiation skill, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, Sales Data Report.

• Experienced in managing distribution channels (GT, MTI, & KA) for all Purwokerto, Cilacap, Wangon, Kroya area.

• Applicant who is under 36 years old is preferable.

• Selling and promoting products to channel participants (GT/MTI/KA).

• Managing all aspects of the selling process and relationships with partners.

• Administering sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.

• Making daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Monitoring and evaluating productivity of Salesmen and Distributor.
