As a Team Leader Beauty Advisor in Medan, you will lead a team of Brand Ambassadors to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

• Minimum high school diploma

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good understanding of personal grooming standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

• Familiarity with the assigned area coverage

• Proven sales target achievement

• Ability to work under pressure and travel as required

• Domiciled in Bandung or willing to be based in Medan

• Valid driver's license (SIM A/C)

• Monitor and track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of Brand Ambassadors, including validation via phone calls.

• Analyze performance of underachieving Brand Ambassadors both briefly and in detail.

• Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores.

• Ensure consistency of Visual Merchandising in all outlets.

• Train and develop the Brand Ambassador team in selling skills and product knowledge.
