As an E-Commerce Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across multiple marketplace platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.

• Proven experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

• Strong experience in planning and executing large-scale marketplace campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

• Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth across marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli, etc.).

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Plan and lead end-to-end marketplace campaigns including mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales, and other promotional programs.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and sales performance.

• Lead and manage the e-commerce team to ensure operational efficiency and strong campaign execution.

• Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, live streaming, customer service, and logistics teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
