Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong understanding of IP/MPLS, L2 VPN, L3 VPN, EVPN, and Segment Routing technologies.

• Knowledge of optical DWDM technology, including ASON, WSS, ROADM, and related technologies.

• Familiarity with access technology (OLT, ONT, ACS, etc.).

• Certifications such as CCNA SP, Juniper JNCIA, and Huawei-HCIA in datacom/transport are a plus.

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for tenders.

• Create comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Internal Costing, and Solution Documents.

• Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests.
