Manage reconciliation and fund settlement activities for individual and institutional users.

Oversee third-party payment account management and reconciliation with compliance to internal policies and external regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related major.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance, treasury, or fund operations.

• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and clear logical reasoning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid project management, organization, and collaboration abilities.

• Strong awareness of risk management, compliance, and internal controls.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Monitor and test fund management systems and processes, provide feedback, and recommend corrective actions.

• Document business processes, fund policies, and control measures.

• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, regulators).

• Act as a point of contact to fulfill reporting and compliance requirements.
