• Govern clinic performance through standardized operating systems, KPIs, and disciplined operating cadence.

• Ensure every site consistently delivers safe, efficient, and financially sustainable services aligned with enterprise clinical and business priorities.

• Work directly with senior leadership to transform strategy into execution.

• Redesign workflows, remove structural bottlenecks, and unlock capacity across clinics, homecare, and core enterprise operations.
