The Ads Operations team is responsible for managing live streaming trafficking, performance monitoring, optimization, reporting, and revenue reconciliation for creator-led advertising campaigns within the MCN network.

Kualifikasi

🎯 Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-2 years experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or ads operations
Preferably experience in MCN, influencer marketing, or media networks
Exposure to TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic platforms is a plus
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
Knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
