We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer who excels at bringing visual elements to life, transforming them into dynamic, premium, and highly engaging content.

The role involves supplying graphics across multiple platforms, including sports assets, marketing promos, and large-scale Out-of-Home (OOH) visuals.

• Min. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer within the media industry, broadcasting, or creative agencies.

• Design and produce advanced animations for promotions, campaign key visuals, and Out-of-Home (OOH) materials.

• Build and maintain expression-based MOGRTs for video editing teams to update assets independently.

• Deliver bold, snappy, and energetic graphics for sports VOD, and execute smooth, aesthetic, and persuasive animations for content and marketing.

• Collaborate closely with Designers and Video Editors to ensure a smooth, organized, and render-efficient pipeline for transitioning static design (PSDs/Vectors) into motion.

• Ensure all motion behaviors, color palettes, and typography strictly adhere to the company’s internal Brand Guidelines and sponsor/broadcast rights holder rules.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Communicate technical animation constraints clearly to marketing teams or non-technical requesters and implement creative feedback constructively.
