You will be helping us develop and improve our digital marketing ecosystem and set up the blueprint for our online communication foundation.

• Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and branding principles.

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage strategies for social media accounts.

• Monitor and analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and maintain brand consistency.

• Develop and produce visually compelling content for Instagram (static posts, Stories, and Reels) and TikTok that aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.

• Write engaging, on-brand captions that drive engagement and resonate with the target audience (urban professionals, socially active individuals, and style-conscious Millennials & Gen Zs).

• Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to ensure high-quality content production.

• Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar for all SERIAL Brands, ensuring a balance of product highlights, user-generated content (UGC), lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.

• Research and implement trending topics, challenges, and formats to stay relevant and innovative.

• Develop content themes that align with seasonal marketing campaigns, collaborations, and events.

• Monitor social media channels daily and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and micro-influencers to amplify brand visibility.

• Track and analyze community feedback, reporting key insights to improve engagement.

• Track and analyze content performance metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
