• Minimum 3+ years of experience in live streaming management, e-commerce, or related fields.

• 1 year of experience leading a team with a strong track record of increasing engagement and sales through live content.

• Create and implement a live streaming strategy focused on growing Tentang Anak’s presence in the marketplace and driving sales.

• Oversee all live streaming operations, including scheduling, content planning, and technical aspects, to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts.

• Develop tactics to increase audience interaction and participation during live streaming sessions, including special promotions, Q&A sessions, and product demonstrations.

• Leverage live streaming as a direct sales channel, using engaging content and real-time interaction to promote products and convert viewers into customers.

• Track and analyze the performance of live streaming sessions, including viewer metrics, sales data, and engagement levels, to optimize future streams.

• Collaborate with brand, sales, and creative teams to align live streaming content with overall marketing goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
