• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

• 2 years of experience managing a team or in a leadership position.

• Experience working in e-commerce.

• Create and implement strategies for an effective and seamless hiring process aligned with Tentang Anak's goals.

• Ensure the quality of hires by developing and utilizing effective assessment tools and techniques.

• Manage the candidate experience to ensure it is positive, professional, and reflects Tentang Anak's values.

• Act as a business partner to department heads, providing guidance on manpower planning and hiring needs.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
