We are seeking a Technology Manager to lead our business systems, ensuring reliability and scalability for our FMCG retail operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite

• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing business-critical systems

• Strong understanding of FMCG operations, supply chain, and inventory management

• Experience with data governance, compliance, and security assessments

• Proficiency in backend/frontend development, integration, and automation tools

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments

• Lead technical integration, customization, and daily operations of Oracle NetSuite ERP

• Ensure smooth data flow between sales channels (e-commerce, B2B, marketplaces) and NetSuite

• Build and maintain internal operational tools: dashboards, reports, workflow automation for Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams

• Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for business-critical systems: troubleshoot ERP issues, data sync failures, integration problems

• Support multi-warehouse operations, inventory management, batch tracking, and 3PL integrations

• Collaborate daily with Business Intelligence, Product Manager, Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain teams to solve technical pain points

• Lead data governance and ensure compliance with audit requirements

• Conduct vendor security assessments before API/system integration

• Prepare technical documentation for external audits and ensure all compliance requirements are met

• Lead and mentor 2-4 engineers (backend, frontend, or full-stack) with a focus on business systems work

• Translate technical issues into business language and work cross-functionally with non-technical teams

• Foster a culture where operational work (ERP, internal tools, support) is valued equally with product features

• Monitor all transactional data integrations and resolve issues
