Lead, motivate, and manage the RM Funding team to achieve individual and team targets.

Supervise and support the team in assisting lender-related inquiries and needs.

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Peer-to-Peer industry or Banking industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Provide regular reports, feedback, and training to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

• Support recruitment efforts by identifying, recommending, and assisting in the selection of new RM Funding team members.
