Responsible for training and onboarding sellers and partners to the Jubelio platform, ensuring smooth and successful processes.

• Minimum education: Bachelor/Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Implementer, Trainer, Customer Onboarding, or related position

• Previous experience from e-commerce or SaaS company is a huge advantage

• Good proficiency in operating MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations

• Ability to blend creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills to sustain successful customer relationships

• Excellent teamwork and time management skills

• Train and onboard sellers and partners to the Jubelio platform

• Maintain relationships with customers and assist in solving technical and non-technical problems

• Raise and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal resolution times during the onboarding process

• Perform daily follow-ups with customers regarding the onboarding process and provide necessary support

• Organize customer schedules for training

• Determine and evaluate the effectiveness of the training and onboarding process, suggesting improvements
