Lead large-scale, high-volume driver recruitment initiatives across multiple cities.

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with significant exposure in driver acquisition, mass hiring, or large-scale recruitment operations.

• Proven track record in managing high-volume hiring campaigns.

• Strong expertise in digital campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms).

• Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders at senior management level.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, transportation, or tech-driven companies is highly preferred.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
