Lead and guide the FIT & Cruise team to ensure smooth operations, service quality, and profitability.

Develop and manage cruise & FIT product portfolios with fresh, high-margin, market-relevant offerings.

• 5–7 years of experience in a Tour & Travel company, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong FIT, hotel & cruise product knowledge (routes, pricing, and partnerships).

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable using reservation systems & Excel-based reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Tourism, Hospitality, or related).

• Provide training, support, and performance feedback to your team.

• Collaborate closely with management for sales and marketing strategies.
