ATI Business Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support their production team on-site with daily IT operations.

The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support.

The position requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).

• Proven experience and strong knowledge of networking (hardware, software, etc.).

• Time management skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Ability to work

• Manage and maintain daily IT operations to ensure infrastructure services run smoothly.

• Maintain IT infrastructure services including LAN, WLAN, servers, firewall, CCTV, IP telephony, and access doors.

• Maintain productivity benchmarks according to the team’s minimum standards.

• Follow instructions and established guidelines to perform assigned tasks accurately.

• Ensure all work complies with the team’s standards and contribute to IT procedures and process improvements.

• Report issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
