Your role is to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities to shape the next generation of banking experiences.

• Skilled and curious Product & UX Researcher

• Experience in research processes and methodologies

• Ability to guide product and design decisions based on research insights

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams

• Embedded in a cross-functional project squad alongside UI/UX Designers and the client’s Product and Business teams.

• Own the end-to-end research process and help guide both product and design decisions.

• Uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.

• Champion research insights to shape banking experiences.

• Contribute to defining post-launch success metrics to ensure measurable impact.
