Our Research Team partners with leading clients to conduct in-depth research, including interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs).

We are seeking a Research Ops Associate to ensure seamless research sessions and high-quality participant engagement.

• Experience in participant recruitment, screening, or research operations.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with research methodologies and participant management tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

• Work with researchers to translate participant criteria into structured screening questionnaires.

• Manage and administer participant screeners to identify qualified candidates (e.g., interview participants, screening surveys).

• Ensure recruitment of high-quality participants, including lead users and priority customer segments.

• Coordinate with recruitment vendors or client databases to source participants.

• Track recruitment progress and maintain organized participant records.

• Proactively anticipate shortfalls and secure backup participants where needed.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews and FGDs.

• Manage participant communications (confirmation emails, reminders, session details).

• Prepare and manage consent forms and documentation.

• Coordinate incentive distribution and ensure timely processing.

• Set up meeting logistics (venue coordination or virtual platforms).

• Handle last-minute adjustments or issues during sessions.
