• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Experience in strategy, consulting, or related fields (preferred but not required).

• Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and market trend identification.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate insights and recommendations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to drive strategic initiatives and guide project direction in partnership with Project Leads.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their context, challenges, and business goals to sharpen focus scope.

• Spearhead in-depth research and data analysis to uncover insights and solutions tailored to client challenges.

• Experiment with new approaches and discover best practices for effective problem-solving.

• Present discovered opportunities and solutions to clients, engaging audiences from the working team.
