• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Must have at least 3 years of working experience as a Project Manager.

• Project Management Certification is a plus point.

• Familiar with Project Management Tools (S-Curve, Gantt Charts).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven time management, risk management, and critical thinking skills.

• Out-of-the-box problem-solving ability.

• Responsible for end-to-end project management including scopes, goals, budgets, and deliveries.

• Identifying and managing project risks to ensure on-time delivery.

• Responsible for project quality standards.

• Liaising with project stakeholders regarding project issues.

• Responsible for project monitoring, documentation, reporting, and evaluation.

• Providing guidance and support for efficient and accurate payroll processing.
