• 1–3 years of experience as a Visual Designer and/or Illustrator

• Relevant educational background (e.g., Graphic Design or related field)

• Strong skills in visual design, basic illustration, and video editing

• Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects; or CapCut)

• Keen awareness of trends across platforms like Instagram, Threads, X, and TikTok

• Personal projects or portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and creative execution

• Prior professional experience in financial services or insurance industry is a plus

• Develop visual assets for social media, CRM, in-app content, and other marketing platforms

• Edit videos for social media and distribution channels, optimizing for performance and audience relevance

• Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions to create compelling visual concepts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Officers, Copywriters, Videographers, CRM, etc.) to align visuals with campaign needs and timelines

• Translate creative briefs into impactful, insight-driven visual content aligned with campaign goals

• Deliver visuals that achieve measurable performance outcomes
