We are looking for an experienced and driven Network Expansion Specialist to support our branch growth strategy across Indonesia.

• Experienced in site acquisition, property sourcing, or real estate development.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to conduct feasibility analysis and market research.

• Proficient in legal and administrative document verification.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Understanding of commercial viability and strategic planning.

• Acquire new centers/hubs by performing end-to-end site acquisition activities, including property lead sourcing, site survey, and landlord liaison.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, landlords, developers, and mall/building management.

• Conduct location feasibility analysis covering demographics, accessibility, visibility, competitor mapping, and commercial viability.

• Collect, verify, and ensure completeness of all legal and administrative documents required for the leasing process.

• Lead negotiations related to rental pricing, lease terms, fit-out periods, and commercial agreements.

• Prepare site evaluation reports and present recommendations to management.

• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project teams to ensure agreements, payments, and implementation processes comply with company policies.

• Monitor the progress from site approval to handover for center development.
