The IT Product Manager B2B is responsible for product planning, marketing, and lifecycle management for enterprise software solutions.

This role involves collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-impact products and meet revenue goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer or Telecommunication) (MBA preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager

• 5+ years of experience in a job in the enterprise software market

• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

• Technical background with experience in Java, React, and NoSQL Database

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Manage the product throughout the Product Lifecycle

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements

• Define the product vision and strategy

• Work closely with engineering to deliver winning products

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

• Define the product strategy and roadmap

• Deliver MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) with prioritized features and justification

• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

• Develop core positioning and messaging for the product

• Perform product demos to customers

• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast

• Develop sales tools and collateral

• Propose an overall budget to ensure success

• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings

• Brief press and analysts and participate in press tours

• Act as a leader within the company
