As a Brand Activation Associate, you will have a chance to bring the impact of Kalibrr to real life by managing external events and partnerships to increase brand awareness.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication/Art (PR/Communication/Marketing Communication/etc.)

• Minimum GPA 3.00

• Having at least 1 year of working experience, preferably from a Marketing Agency

• Pay great attention to detail

• Having good communication skills

• Experienced in managing projects/events/client requests

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain hard work under low supervision

• Good teamworking ability and communication skills

• Sourcing, negotiating, and assessing activation deals for Kalibrr

• Managing Kalibrr's events for clients (government, state-owned enterprise, multinational/private-owned company)

• Managing all external/internal events for Kalibrr (held by either Kalibrr or external parties) from start to finish

• Ensuring Kalibrr hits partnership goals

• Ensuring Kalibrr's brand awareness increases through event activations and fruitful partnerships
