Scope of Services The candidate will serve as a General Affairs & Personal Assistant (GA & PA), responsible for supporting company operations and assisting the CEO with administrative and personal tasks. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following

• Core Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to the CEO.

• Support operational needs across all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Administration.

• Handle procurement of office supplies and manage general office-related purchases.

• Act as General Affairs to ensure the office environment is organized, functional, and well-maintained.

• Manage scheduling, planning, and coordination of meetings and company activities.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and other business materials.

• Assist with logistical arrangements and coordination of small operational tasks within the office.

• Manage calendars and ensure schedules are well-structured and up to date.

• Qualifications & Expectations Proficient in using computers and basic digital tools.

• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

• Must not disclose or share any job-related information, responsibilities, or tasks on public platforms (e.g., CV, social media).

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Willing to work flexible hours and take on additional time when required to support the CEO and company needs.

• Shows adaptability, initiative, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.

• Able to work independently and complete tasks without requiring detailed instructions.
