• Bachelor's degree of Food Technology 3 years of hands-on experience in product development, specifically in powdered milk or dairy-based nutritional products.

• Proven track record of developing and launching new powdered milk products (e.g., infant formula, follow-on milk, adult nutrition).

• Prior experience supervising junior R&D staff or technicians is preferred.
