•⁠ ⁠Identify, approach, and onboard General Trade (GT) outlets ("warung", "toko kosmetik", mini-markets) and local distributors in your territory. •⁠ ⁠Pitch and promote Baskit’s beauty and personal care brands to drive sales growth. •⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth onboarding: registration, catalog activation, pricing setup, and first order completion. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, distributor sales reps, and retail partners. •⁠ ⁠Track daily sales activities, monitor performance, and provide regular progress updates. •⁠ ⁠Gather field insights to support brand and product strategy improvements.

Kualifikasi •⁠ ⁠1–4 years of experience in field sales, GT onboarding, or beauty distribution, ideally with a beauty brand or distribution player. •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Indonesia’s GT operations and retail landscape. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. •⁠ ⁠Proactive, target-driven, and resilient — thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. •⁠ ⁠Comfortable using digital tools (apps, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.) for tracking and reporting. •⁠ ⁠Willing to travel frequently within your own territory.
