We’re looking for Operations Coordinator to join our team to help on our day to day operations, creating positive culture with one another.

• You’ll work at the intersection of operations: Central kitchen, Retails and online customers -- Making sure all items are well produced and delivered accordingly.

• The fun things you'll do: 1.⁠ Inventory Control: ⁠Check and manage order fulfillment and inventory at across all outlets.

• 2.⁠ Quality Control: Ensure booths, teams, and products are always on point, well displayed, and meeting safety QA & QC.

• 3.⁠ ⁠KPI Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, giving feedback and support.

• 4.⁠ ⁠Daily Logistics & Operations: Create and manage daily logistics for supplies, deliveries and opeartions to ensure smooth business flow.

• 5.⁠ ⁠Purchasing Administration: Pprepare and distribute purchase orders to production.

• Vendor & Logistics Liaison: Assist with management and communication with both vendors and logistics to ensure timely distribution and well shelf display.

• Initiatives: Involve in operational improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
