Support the Brand and New Product Development (NPD) team in preparing and coordinating activities related to new product development and product launches.

Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Purchasing, Market Research, Factory, and Sales during the product development process.

• Help prepare communication briefs and marketing materials needed for product launch initiatives.

• Conduct market research (internal and external) to gather insights on consumer trends, competitor activities, and category developments.

• Assist the team in monitoring fragrance and/or household product trends in the FMCG market.

• Support the preparation of brand plans and marketing initiatives, particularly for the household category.

• Help ensure project timelines are followed by supporting documentation and coordination tasks.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor graduate from Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.

• Strong interest in brand management, marketing, and product development, especially within the FMCG industry.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and the marketing mix (4Ps) is a plus.

• Creative, curious, and eager to learn about fragrance and/or household products.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks and timelines effectively.

• Willing to learn, open to feedback, and motivated for continuous self-development.
