Join our leadership team as Head of Trade Marketing and lead initiatives that drive category growth, shopper conversion, and commercial success across all channels.

• What will you do: Lead the overall Trade Marketing strategy for all categories across General Trade, Modern Trade, and emerging channels.

• Translate brand strategies into actionable trade plans that align with sales objectives and shopper behavior.

• Design and implement channel programs, retail visibility initiatives, trade promotions, and category development strategies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure integrated execution and resource efficiency.

• Develop and track trade marketing KPIs (ROI, uplift, market share, etc.) to measure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

• Lead and coach the Trade Marketing team to build capability, drive ownership, and improve execution excellence.

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to proactively drive channel innovation.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Channel Development, preferably in the FMCG or Personal Care industry.

• Proven leadership experience with strong commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

• Solid knowledge in managing General Trade, Modern Trade, Key Accounts, and Channel-Specific Programs.

• Analytical and data-driven with experience in budget management, sales analysis, and ROI tracking.

• Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.

• Passionate about executional excellence and shopper-centric strategy.
