Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution in the field.

Monitor and report the implementation progress of programs (POSM, product displays, and outlet activations).

• Support the execution of trade marketing programs based on the agreed promotion calendar.

• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to evaluate program effectiveness.

• Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on trade marketing performance for the direct supervisor.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic understanding of trade marketing and distribution channel management.

• Able to execute promotional activities in the field (POSM, visibility, activation).

• Strong analytical skills, especially in sales data.

• Good coordination skills with sales teams and distributors (prior experience is a plus).

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry is an advantage.

• Willing to work on a temporary contract (3–4 months) to cover maternity leave.
