Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and out-of-the-box features.

• Manage and support SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for SharePoint-related problems.

• Support SharePoint migrations and integration with other Microsoft 365 services or third-party systems.

• Maintain documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and processes.

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection policies.

• Provide guidance and occasional support to junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).

• Solid experience with Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based solutions.

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform.

• Experience in developing and customizing SharePoint solutions.

• Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies is a plus.

• Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating external systems.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
