• Reporting & Documentation Create reports and simple dashboards Document processes, issues, and solutions Provide initial insights from data Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply) Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy) Strong knowledge of SQL Basic understanding of Machine Learning (scikit-learn) Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) Understanding of API and automation is a plus
