Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or e-commerce environment.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects & stakeholders effectively.

• Assortment Review: Analyze SKU performance and provide actionable insights to align with the overall portfolio strategy.

• Task includes: Work closely with data analysts in maintaining data availability & accuracy on dashboards.

• Analyze data, create reports and do monthly SKU review cadence in a timely manner.

• Effectively communicate findings & action items to relevant teams and track improvements to enhance SKU performance.

• Continuously improve the review process, including automating processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
