Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention strategies, and personalization Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, etc.) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights (Excel/SQL is a plus) Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Own and execute end-to-end CRM strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value Design and optimize targeted campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other CRM channels Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies based on behavioral and transactional data Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals Continuously enhance the customer journey to deliver seamless and personalized experiences Manage and optimize CRM tools/platforms to ensure efficient campaign execution Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
