Develop and implement sales strategies for Key Accounts to achieve business growth targets.

Develop and execute structured Key Account Plans, coordinating sales territory and technical resources as required.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on matters related to farm biosecurity especially Pest Control Management, safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.

• Manage the sales process through direct customer engagement, including regular customer visits, workshops, trial and training activities.

• Identify new business opportunities while ensuring the sustainability of long-term relationships with key customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Science.

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing Key Accounts and Sales in the animal farm business or poultry farm management.

• Strong technical knowledge of poultry farm management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership capability, Strong relationship-building and trust-management skills.

• Proven Key Account Management and Project Management skills.

• Willingness to travel as required to support business needs.

• Holds a valid and active Class A driver’s license (SIM A).
