Support daily project coordination and execution of activation & partnership activities Assist in scheduling, timeline management, and task follow-ups Communicate updates and progress across internal teams and external partners Maintain and update project documentation, including progress tracking and basic data recording Report issues, risks, and updates to the Project Lead in a timely manner Input data into project tracking systems and ensure accuracy and validation of all entries Support the team in identifying and generating new partnership leads Be available to support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed Kualifikasi Final-year student or fresh graduate in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions), Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field Strong interest in events, campaigns, and partnership activities Good communication skills, both verbal and written Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Experience in student organizations or event committees is a plus Available for a 6 month internship period
