• Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking - Wealth Management is designed to be a future leader and professional in the financial services industry, specifically in Wealth Management, with a primary focus on the development of investment, expanding the Emerald and Private Banking market by acquiring new clients to achieve set targets and deliver optimal profits for BNI Wealth Business.

• General Qualifications S1/S2 from reputable universities with the minimum GPA of : S1 : 3.00 or equivalent ; S2 : 3.25 or equivalent Maximum age to apply : S1 : 26 years old ; S2 : 28 years old Candidates from Economics, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Agribusiness, Communication, International Relations, or other relevant fields aligned with Wealth Management are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEIC min.

• 400 / equivalent.

• We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid.

• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).

• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program.

• Passionate and interested in becoming a financial advisors.

• Having 1–2 years of sales experience in the Wealth Management segment is preferred.

• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support Wealth Management Business.
