Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with active student status (minimum 5th semester).

Demonstrates basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing).

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic operating systems (Windows/Linux).

• Basic understanding of troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Having basic knowledge in one of the following areas is a plus: networking, system administration, or programming (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL).

• Possesses good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Available to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months.

• Provide first-level technical support (helpdesk) to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.

• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, and related devices).

• Assist in monitoring network performance and reporting any issues to the IT team.

• Help document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain IT-related documentation.

• Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects, including system improvements and technology implementation.
