Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with business stakeholders to provide consultation on application development plans aligned with business needs.

Coordinate and communicate with related IT functions regarding project requirements and priorities.

• Analyze and document business requirements clearly and comprehensively in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) based on agreed application development plans.

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate Business Testing Scenarios prepared by business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Develop and manage project timelines based on task lists collected from all relevant stakeholders involved in the project.

• Monitor project progress regularly against the agreed timeline, proactively follow up on potential delays, and escalate issues to the IT Business Relationship Manager when necessary.

• Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period (mulifinance company) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering.

• Experience in creating clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and timeline management.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

• Willing to work under a 6-month contract scheme.
