• As a Admin E-Commerce CS, you will: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and general questions by chat in e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, etc) Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

• Kualifikasi Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.

• Previous experience in customer service, especially within an e-commerce.

• Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) and their operational tools.

• Excellent communication and writing skills that aligned with brand voice.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

• Strong Interest and knowledge in beauty industry (skincare and make up).

• Willing to work in shift including weekends or campaign periods.
