• As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and market share.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and NPD to ensure trade initiatives align with business priorities.

• Monitor and analyze STM vs sell-out performance, ROI of trade activities, and market intelligence for continuous improvement.

• Manage and control trade marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency.

• Lead planning and ensure execution of in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional campaigns in line with brand objectives.

• Lead and mentor the trade marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Kualifikasi 3 - 5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales, with at least 2–3 years in managerial level (preferably in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods).

• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret sales & market data into actionable insights.

• Creative mindset with consumer & shopper-centric approach.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
